DT3D's Granite Base Milling Router is microscopically calibrated for high accuracy machining of volumes up to 1350mm x 750mm x 240mm (LxWxH) in a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, woods, and composites. Our 4.5kW spindle enables efficient material removal, drilling, thread milling, and 3D carving.
4 Axis Machining
DT3D's 4-axis machining capabilities can enable a fast turnaround of smaller parts due to less setup time and rotating parts by hand, if the application allows. Our 4-axis capabilities are limited to non-ferrous metals, woods, plastics, and composites with a maximum size of 100mm x 100mm x 800mm.
